On Tuesday night, the Tigers beat the Twins 10-2. V-Mart had three hits and four RBIs.
Today, Detroit beat Minnesota 9-7. V-Mart went 3 for 4 with a homer and three RBIs.
Jhonny Peralta homered in both games. Brandon Inge hit an RBI triple off the center field wall in the ninth inning to lift the Detroit Tigers to their fifth win in a row.
