CINCO DE MAYO IN THE 'D'

Nothing like beating the Yankees to get back-on-track.
The Detroit Tigers were on a 7-game losing skid before the Yankees came to town.
The Tigers won 3-out-of-4 against the Bronx Bombers!
I went to the game yesterday to celebrate Cinco de Mayo and, I kid you not, the entire two rows in front of me were occupied by Mexican Yankees' fans.
They didn't have much to cheer about...Detroit won 6-3.
New York made 3 errors that helped the Tigers score 6 runs on 4 hits.
Brennan Boesch homered and drove in three runs.
Detroit heads to Toronto for a 4-game series against the Blue Jays.

Having a beer with a goalie that walked into Nemo's. Geez, the Red Wings are in trouble...

Mexicantown. Isn't there a Journey song with these lyrics?

It was a beautiful day for Cinco de Mayo & baseball in Detroit. Old Glory & Sparky & Blue Sky...

It was Paws 16th birthday bash so the mascots were out in full force...

Grandy was back...

A sweet win! Always enjoy watching the Yankees lose...It NEVER gets old.
