The world is not a prison house but a kind of spiritual kindergarten where millions of bewildered infants are trying to spell God with the wrong blocks. ~Edwin Arlington Robinson

A GOOD DAY FOR BASEBALL
Today was what I call a good day for baseball. Warm, blue skies and my teams won. The Tigers were getting blown-out 6-0 until they decided it was Hammertime in the top of the 6th and unloaded for 8 runs. Miguel Cabrera , Ryan Raburn and Austin Jackson all went DEEP.
The Tigers beat the White Sox 10-8.
I liked that.
Some things I didn't like:
The Detroit douchebags on Twitter calling Ryan Raburn "the new Brandon Inge." Raburn appears to be the new whipping boy for these clanks.
They were right about him being the new Inge though - he hit a homer and had 4 RBIs.
Tigers' pitchers allowed A.J. 'Douchebag' Pierzynski to go 5-for-5 with 3 RBIs.
Jose Valverde has become the new Todd Jones.
They had a ceremony to honour Tim Wakefield's career at Fenway.
Josh Beckett celebrated his birthday by pitching 7 shutout innings and notching 9 Ks in a 5-0 Red Sox victory over the Mariners.
