I just finished watching a 5-hour and 17-minute baseball marathon.
Jonathon Papelbon squandered a four-run lead in the ninth and it took 14 innings for the Red Sox to beat the Athletics 9-8.
Oakland used 9 pitchers. Boston used 7.
Carl Crawford had 4 hits and 3 RBIs and Adrian Gonzalez had a solo dinger.
J.D. Drew, who went 2-for-7 and struck-out 4 times, hit a walk-off single to bring home Carl Crawford from 2nd with 2 outs in the 14th inning.
This guy actually gets on my nerves now...

Now it's time to watch the Tigers - White Sox game.
Justin Verlander vs Edwin Jackson.
I freakin' love watching Verlander pitch!
