DICKEY & ROSIE

Knuckleball maestro R.A. Dickey shutout the New York Yankees on Tuesday night.
Dickey pitched 7 innings, allowed 4 hits, 0 runs, 2 walks and fired 8 Ks.
He retired the final 11 batters he faced and 15 of the last 16 to help the Blue Jays defeat the Yankees 2-0.

"It was dancing all over the place. That's the one thing with a knuckleballer, if you can get the right grip and get the right arm velocity and speed on it, you can make it do some crazy things. He was able to do that tonight." - Curtis Granderson

Unfortunately, the Blue Jays were eliminated from wild card contention when the Rangers beat the Rays. A very disappointing season.
This team is stacked with talent - but no chemistry.
Hopefully, they can get it together before the 2014 season kicks-in.

I love Fall. I started the day with some Starbucks True North and a walk with Pudge. It's sunny and beautiful - a Rosie Jones sort of day!
