Former Tiger and current Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Delmon Young’s April 2012 hate crime charge will be expunged from his record at his next hearing on May 13.
Ken Rosenthal reported that Young has fulfilled both of the obligations required by the court — 10 days of community service in New York and one day at the Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles — as part of his guilty plea last year.
Remember, back in April 2012, Delmon was charged with a hate crime after he shouted an anti-Semitic slur while intoxicated outside a New York hotel?
He's starting over in Philly with a clean slate.
One of the HBWHOF's new faves Tweeted a great pic yesterday - love me some Nina Agdal...
